Terms and Conditions for Amazing CRM Last Updated: February 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Amazing CRM (the "Platform"), a subdivision and product offering of NO BS Biz Co. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, purchasing, or using Amazing CRM, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Amazing CRM operates under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use Amazing CRM. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Amazing CRM solely for lawful business purposes. You may not use the Platform in any way that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others.

Prohibited Activities include, but are not limited to:

Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation

Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities

Uploading, transmitting, or distributing viruses, malware, spyware, ransomware, or other harmful code

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts

Harvesting, scraping, or collecting data, emails, or personal information without consent

Using the Platform for unsolicited messaging, spam, or abusive communications

Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform

Reverse engineering, copying, reselling, sublicensing, or exploiting the Platform

Using the Platform to violate intellectual property rights

Competitor Restriction

Direct competitors of Amazing CRM, including individuals or entities developing, operating, or marketing competing CRM platforms or substantially similar services, are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform for any purpose, including research, benchmarking, or competitive analysis.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Taxes

Amazing CRM is offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.

Taxes

Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is included in the price for all Canadian clientele. International customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by their jurisdiction.

5. Cancellation Policy

You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation settings within your account.

Cancellations must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle

If you contact support to request cancellation, you must do so at least 14 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged

Any failed or outstanding payments prior to submitting a cancellation remain due and payable

No refunds will be issued for cancellations submitted after a billing cycle has processed

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

In the rare and sole discretion of the Company where a refund is granted, it will be issued less any processing, transaction, or administrative fees incurred.

7. Data Protection and Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy laws.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data may be shared with trusted third party service providers strictly for operational purposes, subject to confidentiality obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you upload to Amazing CRM complies with applicable privacy and consent laws.

8. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. You acknowledge and accept this risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Amazing CRM are owned by or licensed to NO BS Biz Co. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Platform during your active subscription.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

10. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

11. No Warranty

Amazing CRM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error free, or secure access to the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NO BS Biz Co. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to Amazing CRM shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NO BS Biz Co. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Policy Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Amazing CRM constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
