SMS

Each text segment (~160 characters) is $0.015, or you can send 665 text segments for about $10. This includes messages both sent and received.

Emails

Emails are $0.0014 each, or you can send about 7,000 emails for about $10.

Calls

Calls are $0.026/min (outgoing) or $0.017/min (incoming). You can make around 385 outbound calls or receive 590 calls for about $10.

LC - Premium Triggers & Actions

Premium triggers and actions (clearly marked as such) are billed at $0.02/workflow premium action. $10 will get you approximately 500 Premium workflow actions.

Content AI

$0.18/1000 Words and $0.12/Image. $10 will get you approximately 55,555 Words or 85 Images.

Workflow AI

$0.06/GPT 4 and 4o execution and $0.03/GPT 3.5 & 4o Mini executions. $10 will get you approximately 165 GPT 4 and 4o executions or 335 GPT 3.5 & 4o Mini executions.

Conversation AI

$0.04/Message. $10 will get you approximately 250 Messages.

WhatsApp

$0.148/WhatsApp Conversation. $10 will give you approximately 70 WhatsApp Conversations.

Important Notes

These charges are with LeadConnector email/phone services. However, the bill comes from AmazingCRM because LeadConnector charges us for all of our clients' messages and then we turn around and bill you individually for your messaging charges.

There is also a monthly rental fee from LeadConnector for phone numbers, usually between $1-3/month. So even if someone is not actively sending texts, they'll still get charged for having the number in their account.

You will receive a $10 credit on your account every month to cover your phone number rental and some of your initial messaging as a gift from AmazingCRM to encourage you to jump into messaging your contacts.

Viewing Your Billing

If you go into the Settings menu and click on Company Billing, you can view your billing history, the balance you have on your account, and the credit card you have on file.
