Exit Option Policy

Effective Date: Feb 2, 2026

Because even endings deserve clarity, dignity, and operational stability.

At AmazingCRM, you should never feel trapped in your tech stack or agency relationship. Whether you're restructuring, changing partners, or moving your GoHighLevel account to a new home, our priority is ensuring your business stays protected — not disrupted.

This document explains:

  • What happens when you leave AmazingCRM

  • What stays with your account

  • What disconnects and must be reconfigured

  • What is (and isn't) included in a $0 ejection

  • What requires a paid transfer or rebuild

Our goal is simple: a smooth transition with zero surprises.

Why the Zero-Impact Exit Exists (and Why Tier 1 Is $500)

Why we offer a zero-impact exit

Migrations between CRMs and automation platforms are usually high-effort, high-risk projects. Specialists routinely charge $500–$5,000+ per account because of the time, risk and complexity involved:

  • DNS & domain reconnections

  • Email & phone system setup & re-warming & establishing your email & phone as a trusted sender

  • API and integration work

  • Workflow testing & remediation

  • Deliverability & compliance validation

A Zero-Impact Exit is not a migration. It is a controlled disengagement process designed to protect your system integrity while AmazingCRM cleanly steps out.

Tier 1 is priced at $500 to cover the structured operational labor required to:

  • Coordinate access removal safely

  • Remove licensed AmazingCRM IP

  • Preserve client-owned assets

  • Document the transition clearly

This ensures dignity, predictability, and zero confusion — without hidden labor or downstream disputes.

Important note on system components (AmazingCRM IP)

AmazingCRM includes proprietary system components (such as custom AI dashboards, tagging frameworks, and certain automations/templates) that are licensed to your account while it is hosted within AmazingCRM.

If an account is exited or transferred, those licensed components are removed. Client-owned data and assets remain intact, but workflows that relied on AmazingCRM IP may function differently once those components are removed.

Licensed AmazingCRM IP is not transferable under any exit tier unless explicitly included in a paid transfer or rebuild agreement.

What a Zero-Impact Exit Is — and Is Not

A Zero-Impact Exit is a clean disengagement event, not a migration.

It includes:

  • Removal of AmazingCRM access and permissions

  • Protection of your existing assets and data

  • Clear documentation of account release

It does not include:

  • Rebuilds or reconfigurations

  • Migrations or transfers

  • Infrastructure reconnections

  • Workflow troubleshooting or repair

  • Retaining AmazingCRM IP in your system

Leaving AmazingCRM should feel clear, calm, predictable, dignified, and fully in your control.

What's Included in Tier 1 – Zero-Impact Exit ($500)

  • Removal of AmazingCRM's access to your sub-account

  • Preservation of your assets, data, and configuration

  • Removal of licensed AmazingCRM system components

  • Documentation of the transition

  • Completion within 1–3 business days

What Is Not Included in Tier 1

  • Migrations or transfers of any kind

  • Rebuilds or reconfigurations

  • Reconnecting domains

  • Reconfiguring email or phone systems

  • API or integration resets

  • Workflow troubleshooting or repair

  • Retaining AmazingCRM IP in workflows, tagging infrastructure, or templates

  • Platform setup in a new agency environment

Tier 1 is a clean exit only, ensuring your system remains intact while AmazingCRM steps out.

Why Tier 1 is $500

A Zero-Impact Exit does not perform any actions that require technical labor, agency-level configuration, DNS/A2P access, compliance setup or workflow repair. It is strictly a permissions and access removal event, not a rebuild, migration or repair. That's why Tier 1 = $500. You only pay when you request technical work.

Why Would You Like a DFY Transfer Instead of a Simple Ejection?

If you want AmazingCRM to help rebuild your account inside:

We can scope a paid DFY White-Glove Migration or a Strategic Rebuild, depending on what level of support is appropriate.

This ensures:

  • Zero disruption

  • Safe reconnection

  • Preserved deliverability of your email sending domain

  • Clean compliance

  • And a fully supported transition

We're here to support you — just with the right structure and clarity around what each tier includes.

Exit Tiers at a Glance

We offer four levels of offboarding support so you have flexibility based on your needs, timeline and capacity:

Zero-Impact Exit Is for Ejections, Not Transfers

Ejection vs Transfer

Ejection (Zero-Impact Exit): A clean removal of AmazingCRM's IP & AmazingCRM's access from your account into your own instance of GoHighLevel. This is our $500 service.

Transfer or Migration: Moving your system into a different agency's environment, reconnecting all infrastructure, retaining AmazingCRM IP, rebuilding any dependent services, & any HIPAA Accounts. This is a paid DFY (done-for-you) technical service.

These events are not the same and should never be confused. The Zero-Impact Exit Policy™ does not include transferring, migrating, rebuilding, cloning or setting up your account under another agency. It is an exit, not a relocation.

What a transfer/migration requires (paid service)

If you choose to move your account to another agency (including one you own), it will require technical labour, time and specialised expertise. Typical tasks include:

  • Agency-level configuration

  • Reconnecting email & phone systems

  • DNS & domain setup

  • A2P verification

  • OAuth authorisation

  • Calendar provider authentication

  • Payment gateway installation

  • Marketplace add-ons scoped and re-purchased

  • Workflow testing and reactivation

All migrations and transfers are part of our paid DFY tiers, scoped individually for safety and continuity.

What Actually Happens During a GoHighLevel Ejection

When your sub-account is removed from AmazingCRM's agency instance, certain platform behaviours occur automatically. These are controlled by GoHighLevel, not by AmazingCRM. We want you to understand exactly what stays, what disconnects and what requires action after your exit.

✅ What transfers successfully (these stay with you automatically)

  • Funnels & websites

  • Contacts, tags and conversations

  • Appointments, calendars and pipelines

  • Workflows/automations (often set to Draft)

  • Users and permissions

  • Custom fields, forms and assets

These items remain fully intact when we remove our access. This preserves the core structure of your business operations.

❌ What does not transfer (must be reconfigured after your exit)

The following items are tied to AmazingCRM's agency-level infrastructure and cannot transfer automatically. You or your new provider must reconnect them:

  • Domain & DNS settings (including SSL)

  • Email sending provider (Mailgun, SMTP or LeadConnector Email)

  • Phone numbers & A2P registration

  • Email & Phone sending limits & sender reputation

  • Stripe/payment gateways

  • OAuth integrations (Google, Facebook, Instagram, QuickBooks, etc.)

  • SaaS add-ons (WordPress, Yext, WhatsApp, HIPAA, AI add-ons)

  • Agency-level AI settings and global configurations

⚠️ These disconnections are standard GoHighLevel behaviour, not caused by AmazingCRM. Migrations require technical support because these services must be rebuilt in the new environment.

Why we are clear about this

Transparency is one of our core values. We want you to feel informed, prepared and empowered. Clear expectations prevent misunderstandings, hidden work, finger-pointing, unexpected downtime, cost confusion and assumptions that a free exit includes a free migration. Our role is to give you the kindest, clearest, most dignified offboarding experience possible — whether you're leaving temporarily, restructuring or moving to another provider.

Your Four Exit Options

You can leave AmazingCRM at any time without purchasing a service. However, if you want support beyond the simple removal of our access, choose from our paid tiers based on the level of help you need.

Tier 1 – Zero-Impact Exit ($500)

A clean break. Perfect for teams confident in managing their own GoHighLevel setup.

Included:

  • Removal of all AmazingCRM admin access

  • Immediate stop on billing

  • Written confirmation of account release

Not Included:

  • No troubleshooting or reconnections

  • No workflow checks, consulting or support

  • No "quick questions" or audits

  • No technical labor of any kind

What you or your new agency will need to do:

  • Reconnect DNS, domain and SSL

  • Re-establish email sending (Mailgun/SMTP/LeadConnector Email)

  • Re-warm up your sending domain from zero & rebuild your sending reputation & amount you can email per send & per day while you warm your domain again

  • Reconnect phone numbers & re-register A2P

  • Re-warm up your phone number from zero & rebuild your sending reputation & amount you can text each day. There are sending limits per day you will need to go back through

  • Reconnect Stripe and any payment gateways

  • Reconnect all integrations (Google, Meta, QuickBooks, etc.)

  • Test all automations, triggers, calendars and funnels

This is a low-touch exit for teams comfortable doing their own reconfiguration.

Tier 2 – System Stabilization ($3,000–$5,000)

For clients staying on GoHighLevel who want to ensure nothing essential breaks after AmazingCRM disengages.

Included:

  • Full technical audit of your GoHighLevel environment

  • Reconnection of critical systems

  • Domain & DNS

  • Email (Mailgun/SMTP/LeadConnector Email)

  • Email Warm up & Engagement Segmentation

  • Phone & A2P (where possible)

  • Phone warm up

  • Stripe

  • Critical workflow fixes

  • 1-hour review call

  • 7-day support window

Ideal for: Teams staying in GHL who want continuity and confidence without a full rebuild.

Tier 3 – White-Glove Transfer ($6,000–$8,000)

A fully managed migration handled by AmazingCRM. For clients moving to a new agency or their own GHL instance who want zero stress. We handle the migration so you can focus on running your business.

Included:

  • Discovery & system mapping

  • Full migration into your new agency or personal workspace

  • Reconnection of all core services (domain, email, phone, Stripe, integrations)

  • Full QA testing & go-live checklist

  • Documentation & two live hand-off sessions

  • 14-day support after go-live

Ideal for: Clients moving to a new agency or personal GHL account who want a stress-free transition. Best for teams who want someone else to own the entire transition.

Tier 4 – Strategic Rebuild & Relaunch ($10,000–$15,000)

A premium experience for businesses using the transition as a strategic upgrade. This is a complete system upgrade, not just a transfer.

Included:

  • All deliverables from Tier 3 – White-Glove Transfer

  • Funnel & offer strategy review

  • Automation and workflow architecture redesign

  • SmartList and segmentation rebuild

  • Optional AI configuration

  • 30-day support window

  • Loom library training & documentation

Ideal for: Leaders who want a cleaner, smarter, more scalable system — not just a copy-paste migration.

How to Request an Exit

Exiting AmazingCRM is straightforward:

1. Submit a request: Send an email or support ticket stating you'd like to initiate a Zero-Impact Exit.

2. Confirmation: We confirm your request within 1 business day.

3. Access removal: We remove our access within 1–3 business days.

4. Scope of work for paid tiers: If you choose a paid tier, we send a clear scope of work and invoice before beginning any work.

5. Completion: You receive written confirmation when the exit or project is complete.

Our Commitments During Offboarding

  • No surprise charges.

  • No paywalls to leave.

  • No withheld access.

  • You can exit without paying for support.

  • We do not perform unpaid technical labour. Any reconnections or troubleshooting must occur under Tiers 2–4.

  • We do not create surprises. You always know what stays, what disconnects and what options you have.

This policy is designed to protect your business, your data, your continuity and your peace of mind. Because a good offboarding is just as important as a good onboarding.

Why Clients Appreciate This Policy

  • Total transparency. Clear terms, clear expectations, no hidden fees.

  • Industry-aligned fairness. Migrations typically cost $500–$5,000+, so offering a structured exit is unusually transparent and prevents clients from feeling locked in.

  • Calm, predictable process. Every step is defined in advance, reducing stress and uncertainty during transitions.

  • Full control over support level. Choose a simple ejection or a fully managed transfer or rebuild, depending on your needs.

  • Safety-first approach. Protects system stability, data integrity and business continuity throughout the transition.

This structure ensures your exit is handled with the same professionalism and care as your onboarding.

Why This Policy Exists

This framework was intentionally created to protect:

  • Your continuity: Your system remains operational and stable.

  • Your data integrity: Your information, automations and assets remain intact.

  • Your revenue streams: Your pipelines and lead flow stay consistent during the transition.

  • Your long-term system health: Clear boundaries prevent accidental loss, misconfigurations or workflow failures.

  • Our team's capacity and sustainability: Clear parameters ensure we can support all clients without compromising quality.

  • Shared expectations for everyone involved: No confusion, no assumptions, no unexpected gaps in responsibility.

This policy ensures that offboarding is consistent, calm, predictable and fair — for every client, every time.

Sub-Agency Transfers

Who this applies to: If you operate as an AmazingCRM Brand Partner or sub-agency, you're running a custom "Branded Snapshot" of our platform under a separate agreement. Because your setup, support and revenue share are governed by that contract, exits and transfers are not handled through the standard Zero-Impact Exit.

Where to go: All transfers, migrations or wind-downs of sub-agency accounts must follow the Brand Partner / Sub-Agency Agreement. That agreement outlines the one-time build-out fee, ongoing monthly fee, minimum term and renewal rules. It also details AmazingCRM's responsibilities (building and maintaining the snapshot, onboarding your clients, tech support) and your responsibilities (paying fees, directing support through our channels, ensuring each client is on the proper plan)

.

What it means: When a client leaves your program, they transition to AmazingCRM's direct pricing model, and AmazingCRM assumes support for that client. Requests for additional services, modifications or rebuilds beyond the scope of the sub-agency contract are quoted separately. This protects your margins and ensures that customized snapshot environments are dismantled or migrated safely.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

❓ Can I leave AmazingCRM at any time?

Yes. You can request an exit at any time. Tier 1 ($500) provides a clean break within 1–3 business days.

❓ Does AmazingCRM hold my account hostage?

No. We believe in transparent, dignified exits. You own your data and can leave whenever you choose.

❓ Will my system keep working after I leave?

Partially. Your core data (contacts, funnels, workflows) stays intact, but infrastructure (domains, email, phone, integrations) will disconnect and require reconnection.

❓ Why do things disconnect?

GoHighLevel's platform architecture. When a sub-account leaves an agency, certain services tied to agency-level infrastructure automatically disconnect. This is standard platform behavior, not specific to AmazingCRM.

❓ Does AmazingCRM reconnect things for free?

No. Tier 1 is a clean exit only. Reconnections require technical labor and are included in Tiers 2–4.

❓ Can I ask questions during or after Tier 1?

Limited. Tier 1 does not include consulting, troubleshooting or "quick questions." For ongoing support, choose Tier 2, 3, or 4.

❓ How long does a Zero-Impact Exit take?

1–3 business days from your written request.

❓ What if I need a quick fix?

That's not included in Tier 1. Any technical work requires a paid tier (2, 3, or 4).

❓ Can I choose a different tier later?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time during or after your exit.

❓ Do call recordings transfer?

They stay in your account, but may require storage configuration in your new environment.

❓ Does my A2P registration follow me?

No. A2P registration is tied to the agency. You'll need to re-register in your new environment.

❓ Does Stripe transfer?

No. Stripe integration must be reconnected in your new agency or personal workspace.

❓ Can AmazingCRM train my new agency?

Not included in Tier 1. Training can be scoped as part of Tier 3 or 4.

❓ Is there downtime?

Potentially. Disconnections happen immediately upon exit. Reconnection time depends on your technical capacity.

❓ Will automations keep working?

Most will stay, but may be set to "Draft" status. They'll need testing and potential reconfiguration.

❓ Do you migrate WordPress, Yext, WhatsApp, etc.?

Only in Tier 3 or 4. These are considered advanced integrations requiring technical labor.

❓ Can I get documentation?

Yes. All paid tiers include documentation. Tier 1 includes basic transition documentation only.

❓ Can AmazingCRM stay on to consult afterward?

Yes. We can scope ongoing consulting separately from exit tiers.

❓ Are refunds issued if I leave mid-month?

No. Per our refund policy, AmazingCRM does not prorate or refund unused subscription time.

❓ What if my setup is complex?

Choose Tier 3 or 4. These include comprehensive migration and support for complex environments.
