At AmazingCRM, we believe in transparent pricing. Beyond your monthly subscription, you'll be charged for actual usage of certain features based on the rates outlined in our Rebilling Rates page.

  • Inbound and Outbound Calls

  • WhatsApp Conversations

AI-Powered Features:

  • Content AI (text and image generation)

  • Workflow AI (GPT executions)

  • Conversation AI

  • Reviews AI

  • Funnel AI

Premium Features:

  • Premium Triggers & Actions in workflows

  • Auto-Complete Address functionality

Add-On Services:

  • AI Employee

  • YEXT

  • WordPress Hosting

  • Dedicated IP Address

  • Branded Client Portal App

  • Domain Purchases

Monthly Credits

Every AmazingCRM account receives a $10 monthly credit to cover:

  • Phone number rental fees ($1-3/month)

  • Initial messaging costs

This credit is our way of encouraging you to fully utilize the platform's communication features.

How Billing Works

1. Automatic Tracking: All usage is automatically tracked in real-time

2. Monthly Billing: Usage charges are calculated and billed at the end of each billing cycle

3. Transparent Reporting: View your usage and charges anytime in Settings > Company Billing

Viewing Your Charges

To monitor your usage and charges:

1. Log into your AmazingCRM account

2. Navigate to Settings

3. Click on Company Billing

4. View your

  • Current balance

  • Billing history

  • Credit card on file

  • Usage breakdown
